Hopefully Can Improve.

Has beach like pool.

Smelly air-conditioning. Dirty bathroom. Very limited TV channels. Limited parking. Not many breakfast choices. Hard & not comfortable bed.

All good.room so big think we can bring small kids or extra people

Our bidet not functioning well ,and we cannot close the lid on our bathtub..already ask the reception to come and check but nothing happen.

Wake up in the morning with this beautiful lake site, it really makes a good day. There is a shopping mall nearby, you can do all you need there.

All the hardware is a little bit old and really needs to be refurbished.

Breakfast quite satisfied.. i like the various dishes and local cuisine.. Great view of lake and decoration..

Air -condition is not functioning very well.. Channel on tv should be update.. movie channel as well. Room should be in ready mood to receive guest.. need to improve sidewalk/pavement from car park to the lobby.. Check in on 2 pm/check out on 12 pm..

u gotta think twice before booking this hotel.

there was only few guest, and they served a dried out american breakfast, honestly there was no effort of any kind to make our stay a memorable one. The salad was stale and it hur us more to see the food being wasted. Cant u people think.

We tried our luck to check in early at 12.00pm ..... and know the price was low for off peak season, and there was no effort was taken to make room ready till 3.00pm. Luckily we had mines shopping mall to wander around. coming back at 2.45 the room was still not ready. And we had to wait for 3.00 pm to get the room. Seriously, who run the hotel ,,the manager or your house keeping staff. it shows clearly the manager has to be sacked without notice. Later the room that the gave us Air conditioner does not work. It reflects the level of manager capabilities. if the manager does not know, which room needs to be up kept ,,,,then why do the manager has to be employed. aint that wasting dollars value. or is he related to the management staff.

4 star hotel but the facilities is just only 3star.

Upon I arrived is 4pm, but still can’t be check in due to the house keeping not yet done the room cleaning. The room facilities is old, dusts and not convenient, I request to change room, and can’t because to full house of hotel but I still can reserve the room on Booking.com on that day, so mean still have room but they no want fulfill my request.

Not a pleasant stay

4 stars hotel with 2 star standard.

Room facilities are all too old. Check in time at 3pm and check out time at 11am. Those who turn up at 12 noon has to wait for 3 hours before room is available. Can u believe it?

Reasonable with the price

- cheapest price for the hotel with breakfast, beach swimming pool & bathtub - cleanliness is good - like the painting at the wall - location is good, near mines shoping mall

- most of the facility at the hotel is old.. - arive & check in around 4pm, but still need to wait around 30mnit for room to ready (depend on room ready & luck)..other guest just come at 4.30pm get the room directly ???? - during the stay i hve request the iron, but it will never come (although have call 2 time )

The lobby though quite aged but it s magnificient.

The lobby though quite aged but it s magnificient. Staff were overall quite friendly and helpful. Bed was comfy, breakfast was a good spread. The overall landscape / town is well planned, but poorly managed.

Late check in, at 3pm. It s quite under staff at the reception counter. Poor Aida (or aila / alia) has to attend to all grumpy customers, but yet she remains polite. All tech related stuff MUST be upgraded, i feel like i am back to the top hotel in the 80's. China Daily at the lobby? Try The Star / The Edge / SinChew please.

Terrible place, stayed here only due a convention nearby.

Nothing I liked about this place.

- Beds were really hard, barely any padding - Requested for queen, but got a twin bed instead - Sub-par breakfast - Broken temperature knob in shower - No lifts to lobby, can only walk up - Cutthroat prices for the room provided - Dusty carpets - No centralized air-conditioning; not thermostat controlled (cassette deck air-conditioning, but why?) - Half sized toilet paper rolls (literally can see cut it in half) - Flickering lights on the hallway - Broken socket points - Room was dark, even with all lights on - Room faced a wall, eventhough it had a terrace/balcony

There is much room for improvement.

Nothing much except the location is near to MEICC Convention Centre.

The pillows, towels, beds are yellowish and not clean. The toiletries supplies and towels are insufficient. Two persons stay in classic double bed room but only get one supply of soap, shampoo and conditioner, although there were two toothbrushes. No view from our room n corridor was dark. The lift floor was often dirtied by swimmers. The breakfast was not appetising at all.
